Peter attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1996. While at the University of Miami, Peter was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society. Peter attended law school at the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law and obtained his degree in 1999. Peter was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and worked initially in the field of general liability. Since 2001, Peter has worked in the field of Workers' Compensation where he represents employers, carriers and third party administrators in litigated claims. Peter is a member of the Workers' Compensation section of the Florida Bar. Peter is also admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
