Frank received his Bachelor’s degree in 1981 from Florida State University and his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1985. His practice areas include Defense of Personal Injury, Automobile Negligence, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice and Admiralty, Trucking Liability, Road Construction Liability and Nursing Home Negligence. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Assocation of Defense Counsel, Jacksonville Claims Association, and Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. Frank’s bar memberships include the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Frank grew up working in the marine transportation industry delivering heavy construction equipment throughout the Eastern Seaboard, Bahamas and Gulf of Mexico. Through his experience, he gained invaluable "hands-on" knowledge which provides him with an added advantage in Maritime, Construction and Products cases. He is also an avid saltwater fisherman and maintains a United States Coast Guard Captains License.
