Biography

Edward is an "AV" rated attorney and is Board Certified as a Workers' Compensation Specialist in Florida. He received his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, College at Oswego in 1981 and his law degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in 1985. He is licensed in the States of Florida, New York and Connecticut. His bar memberships also include the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as all military courts of the United States. His practice areas include the defense of workers' compensation claims, defense of Longshore and related claims, other injury and employment related litigation and military law. Edward is a founding member of the E. Robert Williams Inns of Court, which specializes in professionalism in workers' compensation practice. Edward holds the rank of Captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, United States Navy and recently returned from 7 months of recall to active duty to serve in Iraq. He had a previous mobilization in 2001 for 20 months in support of Operations Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
