A native of Jacksonville, Joe received his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1985. Joe also received his Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida College of Architecture in 1985. Joe is a commercial lawyer who concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, collections, landlord and tenant law, real estate law, contracts and business organizations.
