Cindy received her Bachelor's degree from Temple University in 1998 graduating Magna cum laude and her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law where she was a member of the Labor Law Journal. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1991, and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Cindy currently practices in the area of workers' compensation defense and Appeals. She has successfully argued appeals before the First and Second District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit and the Middle District Court of Appeals. Cindy is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association (Workers' Compensation Section) and the Sarasota County Bar Association.
