Jackie received her Bachelor's degree from Florida State University in 1995 and was granted admission into the Golden Key National Honor Society. Jackie received her law degree from California Western School of Law in 1998. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998 and the Florida Bar in 1999. During law school, she served as clerk to the Honorable Victor J. Yannacone, Jr. of the Patchogue Village Justice Court and law clerk for Judge Yannacone's worker's compensation and employment practice. Jackie presently practices in the area of workers' compensation defense litigation and Medicare issues, such as Medicare Set-Asides and Medicare liens.  Jackie has lectured at several seminars for continuing education of workers' compensation adjusters and attorneys, concerning workers' compensation and Medicare matters.
