Kristen, a partner with Eraclides, Johns, Hall, Gelman, Johannessen & Goodman, L.L.P., received her Bachelor's degree from Stetson University in 1988 with honors and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law with honors in 1992. A member of the Florida Bar since 1993, Kristen is also admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Kristen concentrates her practice in the defense of all workers' compensation and labor and employment matters. Kristen is a member of the Florida Bar (Workers' Compensation and Labor and Employment Sections), the Sarasota and Hillsborough County Bar Associations, and the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section). Kristen has lectured at various seminars, including continuing education classes for workers' compensation claims professionals.
