Jenny received her Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida with honors, and her Juris Doctor from University of Florida College of Law. She focuses her litigation practice primarily on defending employers and carriers in workers' compensation claims. Although she handles all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, she also has extensive experience in construction site injuries as well as OCIP/CCIP arrangements. She was on staff as an adjunct professor for several years at the University of South Florida teaching classes in the Women's Studies department, with a focus on employment law and labor law related issues. She has worked as a volunteer for D.A.R.E., a national program to give children alternatives to drug-use and violence, and served as a reading mentor and legal-career mentor in the school systems throughout the State of Florida. She is admitted as an attorney and counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States and has argued before the Court of Appeals. She was featured as a "Rising Star" in the area of workers' compensation in the 2009 issue of Super Lawyers Magazine. Jenny is certified by the Florida Department of Insurance as an instructor in Florida Workers' Compensation Insurance, and offers continuing education courses upon request
