Firm celebrates its' 14th year
On March 2, 1998 our law firm was founded with initial offices in Jacksonville, Tampa and Sarasota. Over the past fourteen (14) years, we have grown to become a law firm with nine state-wide offices and more than thirty (30) lawyers. While we are very proud of our history and tradition, we are even more excited about what we will accomplish for our clients in the future. Why Motions for Sanctions and Motions to Compel are Important
Motions for Sanctions and Motions to Compel may be more important than the issue being addressed by the Motion. An order from the JCC awarding sanctions for failure to appear may, for example, also help an Employer/Carrier avoid being ordered by the JCC to provide benefits requested by the claimant later in the case.
